What is it about?
On Christmas 2184, when he was ten years old, Aaron Cevallos's life changed drastically. His father gave him a small replica of a space shuttle and that gave him the dream of becoming an astronaut. Six years later, the Latin American Space Agency called on young people to apply for the Antares Space Mission. Aaron signed up for the process and was shortlisted. He had to pass the study of some areas of knowledge and rigorous tests to be chosen as an astronaut. But unexpected obstacles stood in his way and made it difficult for him to achieve it.
How it was made?
"Antares Mission" is a story that inspires young people to achieve their dreams and provides a fresh and positive perspective on the future of Latin America. This novel tells about space exploration, led by Latin Americans, in a united continent, where there are no borders.
I wrote Mission Antares passionate about the topic it dealt with. In the 22nd century, Latin America is immersed in space exploration, and a young man wants to fulfill his dream of being an astronaut. I took it on as a personal challenge. I have always liked to make my dreams come true and it couldn't be any other way, I designed a character that had that same passion. Writing Mission Antares was an exciting experience, I had a lot of fun.
